All these spices can be used on a daily basis in the making of soaking meat, roast, soups and salads. But to lose weight in addition to using these spices is essential to a diet low in calories and physical exercise.

Using the spices lose weight

Some ways to use the spices to lose weight are:
  • Pepper red - put a teaspoon per day on hot plates or salads
  • Cinnamon - use milk or over fruits, 1 teaspoon per day
  • Ginger - Ginger 2 chips in the preparation of meats and hot dishes, as tea or smoothie with fruits
  • Guarana powder - 1 teaspoon per day in juice or vitamins
  • Ginseng - mix 1 tablespoon in stews, for example.
