         How to dissociated diet

To make the dissociated diet, can not be combined in the same meal foods rich in protein such as meat or eggs, with the carbohydrate group of foods such as pasta or bread, eating whenever possible natural foods such as vegetables, and avoiding processed and industrialized.
This diet aims to alleviate digestive system, helping to make a good digestion and thus reaching and maintaining wellbeing ideal weight.

The power of dissociated diet should meet the following few principles:
  • Do not combine carbohydrates with proteins in the same meal because it causes acid in the body;
  • Make one meal of protein per day, 2 of carbohydrates and the rest should be neutral;
  • Combine food of the neutral panel with the other two groups,  the group of proteins and with the group of carbohydrates.

Other important rules to make the dissociated diet, you should:
  • Consume large amounts of natural foods like fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits and natural products, avoiding processed and industrialized;
  • Use herbs and spices daily  instead of salt and fat;
  • Avoid sugary foods , precooked, preserves and meals;
  • Consuming small amounts of foods as red meat, margarine, legumes, nuts, coffee, cocoa, black tea, alcohol
  • Drink daily 2 liters of water before and between meals.
Additionally, for successful diet, exercise must be made to maintain optimal weight and good cardiovascular health.

Far removed from the diet menu

The following is an example menu for the dissociated diet.
Breakfast
Glass of mineral water and one meal Carbohydrates: Bread with butter and 1 laminated apple with honey and cinnamon
CollationMeal Neutral: 1 handful of dried fruit and fresh mushrooms
Lunch
Glass of mineral water and one meal of carbs: Baked pasta with sauteed vegetables and mushrooms
SnackMeal Neutral: 1 handful of dried fruit and cheese mines
DinnerProtein meal: turkey breast steak and one salad with cheese
Thus, carbohydrate-rich foods such as meat, fish and eggs, should only be eaten in fresh foods such as vegetables and never with carbohydrate group of foods such as potatoes, pasta or rice, for example.

Moreover, if desired to give more flavor to foods, in proteins from group may be added honey, and to foods containing carbohydrates may be added seasonings such as lemon juice or vinegar, for example.
