- 1 cup (tea) of quinoa

- 1 tablespoon (soup) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (soup) of leeks thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon (coffee) salt
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Pepper, to taste kingdom
Cook the green beans, cauliflower and quinoa for ten minutes with water only. Then sauté olive oil, onion, leek, adding the beans, cauliflower, grated carrot, quinoa, parsley, thyme, black pepper kingdom and salt, and serve while still hot.
